Through controlled exercises carefully and mindfully conducted by our certified breath guides, we awaken your natural ability to breathe diaphragmatically. Gradually you will become aware of your breath and learn to adjust its depth and rate. After some practice, you will develop the ability to bring mind and body in balance on your own.
