If you are new to breathwork & hale or have ben breathing with us for a while, they are for you.
We have simply added almost free and unlimited breathing online for 100 SEK extra to our ordinary class prices.
Choose your package and breathe with us as much as you want online for weeks. This will give you access to 11 online sessions per week. And daily classes from your home or place of choice.
If you already have an account, the purchase will be added to you account. You can book your class through our app or schedule as usual.
If you are a new customer
Directly after you have made your first purchase here at hale you'll receive instructions and access to our class through e-mail.
This is why it is important to choose and email address that you easily access and use. As well as mark that we can send you emails.
If not, we can't send you login details to our class booking system or the online course platform.
Also, check you spam folder to make sure you have received our email if you can't find it.
You'll get one email to activate and set your password to Mindbody, our class booking app. This is where you start and after you set your password you can login and book your first intro class.
You'll also get an email to set up a pasword to our course platform Thinkific. This is where you access your video breathing courses.
We suggest our intro class - at our center or intro online. We suggest to try both through buying our intro offers. Then move on to other classes.
If you have questions due to breathing difficulties, challenges or other types of symptoms you'd like to ask about first. Please contact our customer support through our form or in the chat box.
If you are a new customer at hale we have three different intro offers for you.
In each of these offers you'll have a chance to explore breathwork and your breath in a safe and guide way. When you purchase one of these intro offers you'll receive all instructions on how to book your first class by email.
If you already have an account at hale, you book through our app or your account profile. Check your inbox for email the instructions.
We recommend breathing on an empty or light stomach, to fully reap the rewards from the breathwork.
Giving your digestive system no meal 2-3 hours before a class, and preferably little or no caffeine, will give you better access to your breathing capacity, enable more effects, benefits and a more powerful experience.
You don’t need to bring anything to class, all you need will be provided and the rest is within you.
We have a saying at hale, that goes: breathwork will always give you what you need, just for today. No matter what state, shape or form you are in, all you need to bring is your own presence.
We do recommend comfortable clothes, for the most relaxing experience..
Comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing that allows your belly and diaphragm to expand during the breathing, is recommended. It is also ok to wear jeans or the like, and you can unbutton the waist if needed before breathing starts.
Wearing an underwire-bra is not recommended, as it will hinder the diaphragm from expanding fully. We recommend wearing a more comfortable bra or stretchy sports top, (or no bra at all), for the most comfortable breathing experience.
All our online classes are on Zoom. Best is to participate on a computer with the Zoom app downloaded.
When you sign up for an online class, you'll get instructions by email. Make sure to check that we can send you emails when creating your account, and always check your spam folder if you haven't received your zoom link.
It is great to have quality headphones, a comfortable le and undisturbed environment. An eye mask can be nice as well. Make sure you are seated or laying down while breathing.
But if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, you should ask your doctor whether your condition prevents you from practising breathwork.
If you are epileptic, talk to us. We can help you find out what breathing techniques suit you best.
Corona: we wash blankets and masks regularly. We also always keep the number of practitioners low with safe distancing in our sessions. Moreover, we use air purifiers or/and good ventilation in all our spaces.
Our doors close at the stated time with no exceptions.
