STUDIO SCHEDULE

Join us for our weekly breathwork classes at Hale’s studio in Garnisonen. All sessions are 40 minutes and follow our concept class structure - simple, science-based, and easy to integrate into daily life.

To book your class, simply purchase 1, 3, or 5 sessions below (recommended to secure your spot) - you’ll then be directed to our booking system to reserve your spot.

We also offer limited drop-in spots, available on a first-come, first-served basis, pay on-site via Swish or card.
