Your members want breathwork. Doing it well takes a trained coach, a format that works in a group and someone who holds the slot every week. That's what we bring, whether you run one room or twenty. Hale is running at Six Senses, Sturebadet and studios across Stockholm. It starts the same way everywhere: one class, one slot, eight weeks.

How the class pays
Per seat. Six seats cover the class fee. A full room of ten to twelve earns roughly twice the fee.
Per member. Add it inside your membership and it becomes a reason to stay. One member who renews because of the class pays for a quarter of classes. Most studios start here.
Per course. Sell the eight weeks as a block. Ten people on a course earn two to three times what the eight classes cost.

Your own Hale Breath Guide. One or more of your instructors trained by us to deliver Hale classes to our standard.

Ready-to-use class formats. Class structures, cue scripts, Hale's own music and setup guides.

Proven, science-based methods. Techniques grounded in breathing physiology that help people perform better, recover faster and feel more connected.

The Hale app for your members. Practice between classes, so the class becomes a habit rather than an event.

Continuous resources. Ongoing updates, new class formats and a partner space in the Hale community.

Under the Hale name or your own. The class, the music, the app and the standard are the same either way.

2. Your own guide. When the class fills, one of your instructors trains with us and becomes a Hale Breath Guide. Flat monthly fee, as many Hale classes as you want.
