In this session he goes deeper into the science of breathing and how it influences the nervous system, stress responses and recovery. Bring your questions.
Not another thing you have to do. A tool you can turn to.
We start with the foundations of breathing and body awareness, and different techniques to support regulation, stress management and recovery. As the weeks progress you deepen your practice, explore how to use your breath in different situations and learn techniques you can easily bring into everyday life.
On days without live sessions, the Hale App keeps you practising for a few minutes, whether you're juggling work, motherhood or simply struggling to find a moment for yourself. The goal isn't just to feel the benefits during a session, but to use your breath as a tool whenever you need it.

- Practical breathwork techniques to use in everyday life
- Tools to support relaxation, stress management and recovery

In their own words
“Then I found Lovisa and decided to join her breathwork course, and it is without a doubt one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. After attending her classes twice a week for three months, my body has found a sense of calm and safety that I had never experienced before. My symptoms gradually began to disappear, and today I feel a much stronger connection to myself and my inner world.
The difference today is that I know how to take care of myself and help my body return to balance. Lovisa has given us so many simple, sustainable and powerful tools that I use in my everyday life, from breathing techniques for focus and energy during the workday to techniques for recovery, better sleep and preparing the body for different types of exercise, such as running or Pilates.
But what also made such a difference was Lovisa herself. She is warm, reassuring and incredibly knowledgeable. She makes you feel seen, heard and supported throughout the entire experience, before, during and after the classes. She explains every technique in a way that helps you truly understand why you are doing it and how it can help in different situations in life.”
Sara · three months of classes with Lovisa“Thank you so much, Lovisa, for today's session! This was completely new to me, and I'm surprised by how good it felt, especially since I've struggled with breathing and consciously focusing on my breath for most of my life.”
Emma · after her first session“I've never started the day in a ‘recovered’ state according to Oura.”
Johanna“Working with Lovisa has really opened my eyes to how much my breathing affects both my performance and recovery. I've learned simple tools that I can use to stay calm and focused under pressure, recover after games and manage the demands of being a professional athlete. It's become a valuable part of my routine.”
