The hale app helps you easily integrate breathwork into your daily life, offering guided practices that support both your mind and body.

While the app is a great starting point, our in-studio sessions take things further. With in-person guidance from experienced breath guides, you’ll receive personalized attention and care, leading to deeper transformation that’s hard to achieve online. The intro offer lets you explore both options, so you can discover whether you prefer one over the other or enjoy a balance of both.

How does an online session work?

1. Book your session in the app.

2. Confirmation email Reminder? 

3. When it's time for the class, simply log into the session through the hale app.

Things to think about for an online session:

- Don’t eat too much before the class.

- Lie down in a place where you won’t be disturbed.

- Use an eye mask, blanket or another covering for your eyes during the class.

- If you have headphones or a speaker, use them for the best sound experience.

- Put your devices on Do Not Disturb mode to avoid distractions.

How does an studio session work?

1. Book your session in the hale app.

2. When it's time for the class, come to our studio in Garnisonen, Stockholm at the latest 10 minutes before the class.

Things to think about for an in-studio session:

- Don’t eat too much before the class.

- Arrive early - make sure you’re there 10 minutes before the class.

- Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to focus on your practice and let your body and diaphragm move freely.

- Be mentally prepared and open - it’s time to breathe, connect and grow

2. Check your email After your purchase, you’ll get an email with your login information.

3. Create your profile Download the hale app, create your account and log in.

4. Start breathing After logging in, you can easily book your in-studio session and online live classes straight from the app's schedule. Plus, you’ll have unlimited access to breathing patterns and pre-recorded sessions to help with performance, sleep and anxiety.
