Each Hale class follows a clear and consistent format to help you get the most out of your breathwork session, whether you’re just getting started or looking to deepen your practice. Every session is 30 minutes and designed to be practical, effective, and easy to integrate into daily life.

Each class includes three parts:

Breath Awareness
Begin with conscious observation of your natural breath state.

Breath Dynamics
Explore how breath moves through the body and guides your internal state by working with diaphragmatic movement, breath pacing, rhythm, and breath holds.

Breath Experience

Engage in this deeper section that invites emotional, mental, or physiological reset.
