Henrietta Lundblad

Breath guide

Henrietta brings her own vulnerability and authenticity into every session, creating a safe space for everyone to explore the innate power of their own breath.

Background

Henrietta knows a bit about the everyday struggle of human life. Not only from her work as a therapist, but also through her own experiences. Exploring the breath has taught her to experience and appreciate life in a whole new way; providing her with an anchor of safety that allows for flexibility with whatever life throws her way.

She spent many years in traditional talk-therapy, yoga and meditation - but it wasn’t until she discovered breathwork and how the nervous system works that she could fully integrate her insights with her whole organism. Our behavior and self-perception are customized and adapted behaviors – and everything we have learned; we can re-learn. Conscious breathing plays an essential part in that learning.

Henrietta has a strong belief that breathwork is one of the most efficient ways to get in touch with the body, with emotions and thoughts, without criticizing them or trying to avoid them. When we finally can allow whatever is to just be; that is when the real shift happens.

She’s educated as a ICF coach and ACT-therapist, but also trained in the nervous system, attachment theory, a broad range of meditation techniques, and somatic tools.

At hale she has found what she for so long lacked in the world of self-development: a safe, grounded and science-based community built on connection, trust and a large group of fellow humans – all humbled by the power of the breath.
