After your purchase, you’ll get an e-mail with your login information.

3. Create your account and login

Once logged in, you book classes based on your membership and enjoy unlimited access to breathing patterns and session for performance, sleep and anxiety. 

5. Be on time

If you're attending a class in the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early. If you're joining online, make sure you're in a comfortable space and have a blanket and blindfold ready if needed.
