How to get started
1. Choose your membership or trial
Pick the membership that suits you best: app-only access, two in-person sessions per month, unlimited in-person visits or our intro offer.You can make your selection and purchase directly on our website.
2. Check your inbox
After your purchase, you’ll receive an e-mail with your login information to the hale app and a link to download it from Google Play or App Store.
3. Create your account and login
Once logged in, you can book classes based on your membership and enjoy unlimited access to breathing patterns and sessions available in the app.
4. Book your first class
Browse the schedule to find a session ideal for you. Just choose and book straight from the schedule, and you’re all set! Remember, you can cancel anytime.
5. Be on time
If you're attending a class in the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early. If you're joining online, make sure you're in a comfortable space and have a blanket and blindfold ready if needed.
