Erik is an experienced sport practitioner who has faced numerous injuries throughout his career. One particular neck injury after a surgery left him struggling to find relief, both physically and mentally. Frustrated with the lack of explanation for his pain, he began exploring alternative healing modalities and discovered the power of breathwork. Since then, Erik has been passionate about incorporating breathwork into his own daily routine and sharing its benefits with others. Drawing on his roots up north and his connection to nature and music, he finds inspiration and healing through these elements.
