Learn to support yourself through every stage of life

Johnny is a former NHL player, two-time Stanley Cup champion and founder of Hale. In this session he goes deeper into the science of breathing and how it influences the nervous system, stress responses and recovery. Bring your questions.
Not another thing you have to do. A tool you can turn to.
We start with the foundations of breathing and body awareness, and different techniques to support regulation, stress management and recovery. As the weeks progress you deepen your practice, explore how to use your breath in different situations and learn techniques you can easily bring into everyday life.
On days without live sessions, the Hale App keeps you practising for a few minutes, whether you're juggling work, motherhood or simply struggling to find a moment for yourself. The goal isn't just to feel the benefits during a session, but to use your breath as a tool whenever you need it.
