If you have an account in the Mindbody booking system and want to connect it to the app - check your inbox for an email with instructions. When you purchase access to the app make sure you use the same email adress, first name & last name as in your Mindbody account.

You will receive an email with:

1. Password to your app account
2. Links to the app on Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Click the link for your preferred platform, download the app and login with your email and password.

Be mindful to Log In on the login screen.

Do not sign up for a new account again when opening the app.

If you have credits you can still book your sessions through the Schedule for a few months more.
If you want to change to an app trial or subscription, please contact our customer support chat for a refund of your credits.

For our beta trial offers you buy access to a longer term trial with a one-time payment to a large discount. As soon as you have started using the app through recorded content or attended a live session your trial has started and is non-refundable. You can cancel at anytime, and will then have access for the full duration of your trial.

Each trial will turn into a monthly subscription at the end of the trial.

For our subscriptions you buy access to monthly or yearly plan. As soon as you have started using the app through recorded content or attended a live session your subscription for that first period has started and is non-refundable.

You can cancel at anytime, and will then have access for the full duration of the current subscription period.

If monthly, to the end of the month you are in.
If yearly, to the end of the yearly subscription.

Each subscription will auto renew at the end of the subscription.
